A Wild Weekend at Nob Hill Foods

A new grocery store, Nob Hill Foods, opened up a few blocks from our house recently. As a result, we've been spending some nights exploring the store--including some weekends when we are bored out of our minds. The prices are pretty good, though. And they give me 5 cents credit for every bag I recycle at the store.

Would you have ever thought that an exciting night out would have been spent at the supermarket!?!

Just think of it as good, quality family time as you teach the kids how to spend their money wisely. Also use it as an opportunity to teach the kids to read their numbers and their letters.

Spending money wisely--that's a novel concept. When I take the kids shopping, I usually end up buying more than planned in order to appease them.
