A Day at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk
We spent Saturday at the amusement park in Santa Cruz. The place was packed, and we only went on a few rides. It also didn't help that Russell was very clingy and refused to go on any rides without me. Most of the kiddie rides would probably fall apart if I got on them, so we ended up spending only a couple of hours there before heading back to Alameda. This park is geared mainly towards teenagers. We should be back in around ten years or so.

Technology truly is an inescapable aspect of our daily lives, and I think it is safe to say that we have passed the point of no return in our relationship with technology.
I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Ethical concerns aside... I just hope that as memory gets cheaper, the possibility of transferring our brains onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's a fantasy that I daydream about almost every day.
