Celebrating the harvest from the Victory Garden

~Fresh tomatoes like the ones you've got
~Fresh basil leaves
~Fresh mozzarella (the kind that comes packed in water)
~A little extra virgin olive oil
~Salt and pepper (sea or kosher salt is great)

That's it! You can also throw some prosciutto into the mix and put it all beween some good rustic bread for a fab sandwich.
